Setting your home on a firm foundation is paramount. Our new home builds typically come with a 10 year structural warranty based upon a spread footing design with rebar. We help to ensure that our best effort is given here by requiring that your home’s footings are dug with a 2-foot wide bucket.
If your home is raised with a crawl space/basement, we have preengineered the floor system for your exact home with weight loads located directly over beams/piers. Homes on a slab receive special attention as well. Your slab will either have a thickened slab along some key pressure points or underground piers to help support the slab, depending on conditions.
