Our Achievements

VILLA LAUSANNE by PALLADIAN DESIGN GROUP

Our Villa Lausanne was built in Hot Springs Village, Hot Springs, Arkansas. The owners purchased the Villa Lausanne plans and had us customize it by shifting the garages to the right forming a garage wing so that two car arched top bays faced the front of the house. The original garage location on the existing plans was converted into a guest suite with its own bath and the laundry. The existing laundry was converted into a walk-in pantry.

Another neat thing we did with this plan was use the PastelCote system by Boral Bricks in lieu of stucco finish. This application uses real bricks as a rough base, and then they are coated with the PastelCote to give a finish that shows lightly the bricks shapes underneath giving it a texture look almost as if the house had blanket over the bricks. The home was built by Renaissance Homes. From comments received, many folks in the local community are excited to see something different and unique in the area. An article about this customized Villa Lausanne was written by Valerie Ginsburg in a Hot Springs advertising magazine (Values Direct, Holiday/Winter 2012 Edition).
